Who should register for this Parent Portal?


The Parent Portal is for the parent/gaurdian who will be the primare contact for a child. Each parent/guardian can have multiple children.

  • Create and update your child's information
  • Add and edit your contacts, including who can pick up your child
  • Enroll your child(ren) in our services
  • Pay online by credit card
  • View and print your account history

How do I register to use the Parent Portal?


If your child is new to the Boys & Girls Club of Stamford,  click Register above today to get started.
 
If your child is currently or previously a BGCS member, please contact the BGCS Team BEFORE YOU REGISTER so we can connect your child's records to your profile.
  • Visit the Contact Us page to find our phone number or use the contact form.
  • Provide your name, email address, phone number, and the name(s) of your children.
  • You will receive an email with a link to sign in to the Parent Portal, verify the information on file, and then enroll in more programs.

How do I enroll a child in a program?


Select Enroll from the top menu:
  • Choose child you want to enroll in new service
  • Choose location where service is located
  • Choose service for which you want to enroll
  • Choose Pay in Full
  • If needed, choose the rate for which you qualify
  • Click Continue to Payment Options
 
On Billing Information screen:
  • Enter Credit/Debit Card information
  • Click Pay and Complete Enrollment
  • Read and click Agree to the Payment and Enrollment Policy
 
Your child is now enrolled.

How do I add a child to my Household?


  1. Select Profile >> Add New Member
  2. Choose the correct club/unit for your child, and answer the questions listed. Note: Yerwood Center is for K-3rd grade.
  3. Child phone and email are optional.
  4. Add an emergency contact in case we are unable to reach you if needed.
  5. Review and submit the informaiton.

How do I change/update information about my child?


  1. Choose  Profiles and then Members from top of website, and select the child you want to update
  2. Choose the tab with the information you want to update
  3. Choose Edit This Information at below the information
  4. Edit the information you want and click Update this Information 
 

What if my child has special needs?


BGCS will make reasonable accommodations to its programs for children with disabilities. Please see our Discrimination Policy for more information.

How do I pay for Club services?


The Parent Portal accepts payment by credit or debit card. You can securely enroll and pay for services online.
 
If you do not have a credit or debit card, the Portal is also able to accept prepaid cards registered with a zip code.
